Bobcat/Doosan Air Compressor

AFTC/PZIA located at 100 Kindel Drive, Suite A332, Arnold AFB, TN 37389 intends to conduct an oral solicitation and negotiate with only one source, ROMCO Equipment Co., LLC (CAGE: 3BRC3), to meet the Government’s requirement for a quantity of three, brand name only (BNO) Bobcat Doosan Air Compressor, part number PA250VWDO-T4F Port Compressor, as outlined in Attachment 1 – Bobcat/Boosan Air Compressor Specs, from an authorized reseller covering New Mexico. The air compressor shall be delivered to Holloman AFB, NM.

ROMCO Equipment Co., LLC is an authorized Bobcat reseller in New Mexico. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one reasonably available”. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, the Government will consider all responses received electronically by 10:00 AM CST, April 04, 2025. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

If no favorable responses are received by the date mentioned above with an authorized reseller letter signed by the manufacturer to sell the required supply in New Mexico, then a firm-fixed price contract will be negotiated with the above-named source. 1.0 SCOPE The Contractor shall deliver a quantity of three Bobcat/Doosan Air Compressors in accordance with the specifcaitons listed below. Items must be compatible and meet OEM specifications/requirements of Bobcat/Doosan Pa250VWDO-T4F Port Compressor. Items must be purchased and installed by an authorized Bobcat/Doosan reseller for New Mexico. See requirements list below:
