Notice of Intent to Single Source - Quick Deploy Infrared Monitoring System

AFTC/PZI (Arnold) located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, VIPER IMAGING, LLC (UEI: DSURRA8LSW61) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the procurement of the Quick Deploy Infrared Monitoring System meeting the attached technical requirements in the justification. As stipulated at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the authority to single source awards where only one source is reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

The Government will consider all responses received electronically the time specified in the announcement. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement and the Government reserves the right to request additional information. A determination by the Government to not compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
