This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for a Flash X-Ray System, including installation and training, to be delivered to Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold AFB, TN. See Attachment 1 – DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Attachment 2 - DRAFT Performance Parameters for additional details.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334517, Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1200 employees. The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 6635, Physical Properties Testing and Inspection.

SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include:

Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e- mail address of company point of contact. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number. Technical data for the system proposed to meet the requirement along with a budgetary estimate. Existing contract vehicles (GSA, NASA SEWP, etc.) where this system may be purchased, if applicable.
