This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS)/Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes and market research only. It is not an RFP and it does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expenses associated with preparing/submitting information in response to this posting. The information provided may be used by the Government in developing its acquisition strategy, statement of work/statement of objectives, and/or performance specifications.
Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained within their response as instructed later in this posting.
The United States (US) Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Public Key Infrastructure Program (PKI) System Program Office (AFLCMC/HNID) is conducting market research to identify capable sources to provide professional engineering support services to implement and sustain the DoD PKI and the Internal Air Force (AF) PKI for the Department of the Air Force (DAF).
The Air Force Public Key Infrastructure System Program Office (AF PKI SPO) is an integrated team of government civilians and contractors who collaborate with DoD and DAF communications and support agencies, as well as vendors and product providers, to support the fielding, use, and sustainment of DoD and DAF PKIs with credential management solutions.
The AF PKI’s primary mission is to deliver and strengthen the infrastructures and credentials that protect and enable trusted exchanges of information across DoD and DAF systems. See Attached RFI and PWS for additional information.
