4/30/25-A Question and Answer document has been posted.

4/30/25- Amendment 0001 has been posted extending the response date to 5/6/2025 at 2PM EST. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their bid submission. Failure to acknowledge this amendment shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

4/28/25- The Government will be extending the response date to the week of 5/5-5/9/2025 an amendment is forthcoming which will contain the exact date. More questions and answers will be posted, the final cut-off for questions is 1 May 2025.

4/24/25- A Question and Answer document has been posted, it is highly likely the Government will not be able to field additonal questions prior to bid opening.

4/18/25- The 2nd and final site visit is changed to 4/23/25 at 1330, to attend create a DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Request on https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil and email the QR confirmation code to tabitha.haggart@us.af.mil by 1200 on 4/22/25. The attendee list from 4/15/25 site visit is posted. A Question and Answer document has been posted

4/17/25- An additional site visit is scheduled for 4/22/25 at 0930 to attend create a DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Request on https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil and email the QR confirmation code to tabitha.haggart@us.af.mil by 1200 on 4/21/25.

NOTE TO BIDDERS: The requirements documents are provided as attachments to the solicitation. Bids will be accepted on an all or none basis. Partial bids will not be accepted.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT RESERVATION An additional pre-bid conference and site visit has been tentatively scheduled for 15 April 2025 at 1:30pm EST. Bidders wishing to attend must create a DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Request on https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil and email the QR confirmation code to tabitha.haggart@us.af.mil at least one week prior to scheduled site visit.

CONTRACTOR INQUIRIES Formal communications/inquiries, such as requests for clarification or information concerning this solicitation, MUST be in writing and include "FA875125B0002" in the subject line. When addressing questions concerning any aspect of the solicitation, state the page number, section, and paragraph number needing clarification. Submit inquiries to Tabitha Haggart at tabitha.haggart@us.af.mil with a copy to Bryant Soule at bryant.soule@us.af.mil.

All questions must be submitted by 2PM EST on 21 April 2025. METHODS OF RESPONSE Email submission is the only acceptable form of bid submission. Bidders must submit to Tabitha Haggart at tabitha.haggart@us.af.mil with a copy to Bryant Soule at bryant.soule@us.af.mil. Receipt of email submissions prior to the posted solicitation closing time will be considered timely. Hard copies, facsimile and alternate bids will not be accepted.

Due to the possibility of network connectivity issues, it is highly encouraged that electronic bid submissions be sent one day prior to bid opening. It is the contractor's responsibility to confirm receipt of bid. Late bids will be processed in accordance with FAR 14.304 "Submission, modification, revision, and withdrawal of bids."
