Award Notice for Parts and Repair Ordering System (PROS) 7

S&K Aerospace LLC., of St. Ignatius, Montana, has been awarded a $4,300,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Parts and Repair Ordering System (PROS) 7. This contract provides Commercial Buying Services (CBS) for non-standard and difficult-to-support standard items through comprehensive logistics support, parts procurement, and repair services to Foreign Military Sales customers across the Air Force, Army, and Navy.

Work will be performed at Warner Robins, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2039. This contract involves foreign military sales to more than a hundred foreign partner nations. This contract was a two-phase, competitive acquisition with four offers received in phase one and three proceeding to phase two. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8630-26-D-B001). This action was competitive and majority fixed-price.

There are cost-type CLINs for Vendor-Invoiced Material and Maintenance Pass-Through costs, and general contractor Travel that is not specifically tied to a single task order. All other CLINs are firm fixed-price.
