The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b): Soliciting from a single source. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Installation Contracting Directorate PZIBB branch intends to negotiate a requirement of Calibration/PM of Zeiss Scanning Electron Microscope EVO-system and Consumables for the Air Force Petroleum Agency.
