Solicitation FA857124Q0106 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR Part13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand Name (AnyLogic Company), 100% Small Business Set Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued.

This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857124Q0106. The contractor shall provide materials, travel, labor, and training as necessary to provide the Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Anylogic Professional Team License Software and Maintenance for 10 Users whereas the annual maintenance may have up to four (4) option years.

Also, the License SW shall include the necessary technical support, associated custom 3-day on-site training, and any applicable documentation. This will be in accordance with the attached PD dated 25 June 2024. This requirement is being solicited under NAICS 513210 with a size standard of $47mil.
