The updated single solicitation number is now FA8556-26-R-B013 and will be released in due time.

This synospsis also hereby amends to incorporate detailed drawings of the Advanced-Medium-Range-Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM) wings and fins. This update is intended to foster a more competitive playing field for all potential offerors. Furthermore, all waiver submissions to allow for a classification to be a proven source must be received by the Government no later than ten (10) calendar days after the issuance of the final solicitation.

The Government, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to request additional information from any contractor requesting a waiver. The Government will provide its determination on all waiver requests within five (5) calendar days of receipt of all necessary information, as determined by the Government.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to submit their waiver request early and with sufficient detailed information to support their request as to allow them adequate time to prepare their proposals based upon their respective waiver determination
