Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise and the capabilities to meet the qualification requirements to provide the services needed to support the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) GEOINT, SIGINT and Multi-INT Field Support responsibilities to include:

system maintenance, administration, and management for support of the ground operations, (to include sensor management, ground system maintenance while conducting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions, and associated Information Technology (IT) Operations administrative and operational support requirements) for the Command and Control, ISR C2ISR enterprise.

The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is the lead Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) System used by intelligence agencies world-wide. In support of the AF DCGS system the System Transformation (ST) Agile Release Train (ART) needs a mission simulation tool to provide signals to be used during verification, validation, mission crew training and system testing.

The initial simulator will be built to a set of requirements that supports ELINT, COMINT, and Special Signals data replication and distribution. The main objective of this contracting effort is the Development, Modernization, Integration, Fielding, Cyber Security and Sustainment activities required to build, verify, validate, deploy and sustain the ST Mission Simulator at multiple hub-hosted locations throughout the future AF DCGS system. This system will be deployed and sustained on both the AF DCGS system and on the National Mission Partner (NMP) which is deployed to two separate locations.
