Ground Signal Station Support and Services (GSSSS)

This effort will be accomplished by a contracted company hereafter known as the Contractor, for the AFLCMC/HBG, hereafter known as the Government. The DCGS subsystems supported include the Common Intelligence Collection System (CICS), Joint Signal Processor (JSP), Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT), COMINT Ingest Distribution Service (CIDS; previously known as Audio Gateway Service (AGS)), and all associated laboratories, and related products.

Development efforts include enhancing and sustaining the capability of the systems through changes to the software. It also provides for the expansion of the existing systems/sites in order to meet overall DCGS requirements. The Contractor shall support Government configuration control, development, and integration of the Open Architecture (OA) Identification, and Authorization baseline. The Contractor shall support Government configuration control, development, and integration of the OA-DCGS infrastructure.

Finally, it allows for the incorporation of new capabilities that may be developed and required in order to meet changing DCGS mission requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES INTEGRATED SYSTEMS L.P., dba L-3 COMMUNICATION INTEGRATED SYSTEMS L.P.

(CAGE Code: 05395) under authority of FAR 6.302-1 because the Government lacks a complete technical data package. However, Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote(s).
