RAFB Integrated Base Defense Security System

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL OR QUOTE GENERAL: This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice, issued in accordance with FAR 10.001(a) to conduct market research to identify potential vendors and solutions capable of providing an Integrated Base Defense Secuirty System. Vendors who do not respond to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice may still participate in any future RFQ/RFP. Information submitted in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is strictly voluntary and becomes the property of the Government. The Government may modify this announcement or any associated solicitation it may issue at its discretion.

Description: The 78th Security Forces Squadron and AFSC/PZI are seeking information from interested contractors in support of establishing a contract vehicle (IDIQ or Requirements) for the Integrated Base Defense Security Systems.

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, documentation, drawings, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, programing, materials and any other items necessary for the installation of a (Vindicator) Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Access Control System (ACS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) for any facilities requested on ROBINS AFB, GA. If there is any pre-existing equipment in the current facility, the contractor shall decommission old equipment and return to 78 SFS/ESS. See attached SOW.
