Crestron equipment/systems Service Providers - San Antonio TX

The Government is seeking Crestron authorized service providers capable of immediate telephone helpdesk support and 'in person' support within 48 hrs to the JBSA Lackland location in San Antonio TX. Travel expenses will not be paid. Only Crestron-certified industry professionals are allowed to design, program, configure, and troubleshoot these systems. Interested or capable vendors must provide proof of authorization.

The service required shall include non-personal services that shall provide audio video teleconference suite maintenance and support services. The contractor shall work at AFLCMC/HNC Technology Office Port of San Antonio Cyber Tech II conference room locations- nine (9) rooms. The technology office department is requesting services to maintain video teleconferencing suite configurations and equipment.

The video teleconference suite includes CISCO CODEC-Plus, CISCO CODEC-EQ, Crestron transceivers & receivers, and Crestron proprietary software that can be accessed & configured by authorized Crestron dealers or service providers
