HRPDG Advanced Processing Cards Request for Information

The F-16 System Program Office at Hill AFB, UT seeks information on readily available, high assurance, and aviation-qualified OpenVPX cards to meet computing needs. This will primarily be used to run containerized software on Linux.

This solution must meet NSA requirements to protect (both at-rest and in-execution) data and software up to the top-secret (TS) level using commercial algorithms/standards listed in CNSSP 15. See attached Advanced Processing Cards Request for Information (RFI) and applicable associated attachments for details. The attachments are secure attachments and a controlled document access request will need to be submitted by interested vendors through SAM to obtain access to the documents.

Approval to access the documents is contingent upon a current and active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification/DD 2345. Information on the JCP program can be found at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP. RFI responses are due by Friday, 21 February 2025, 2:00 PM (MST).
