TRACE AM - Sole Source to 3Degrees, LLC

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA822724R1765 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 and its supplements.

The Government anticipates this acquisition to be a Sole Source award to 3Degrees, LLC (CAGE 8Z3A2). See justification attached to this solicitation. This announcement is filed under NAICS code 513210 and Product Service Code 7A21. This requirement is to purchase TRACE AM software to organize, analyze, and deploy critical technical data packages for their AM parts.

These services will be provided in accordance with the specifications in the attached Purchase Description. **Please refer to document "FA822724R1765 Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Trace AM" for the anticipated CLIN structure upon award.** • All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis. Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to:

price; meeting specifications in product description; and performance within the specified timeframe. Any exceptions to the TRACE AM Purchase Description, must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote. **The due date for all proposals is Thursday, 16 May 2024 at 4:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by Monday, 13 May 2024 at 12:00 P.M. MST to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
