T-38 Avionics Sustainment & Support Program Pricing Inquiry

This announcement constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes ONLY. No solicitation exists therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. This RFI is intended to gather information and feedback from industry regarding alternative pricing options for the COMBS portion of the T-38 Avionics Component Integration follow-on contract. Currently, a cost-per-flight-hour system is in place, in which a predetermined flight hour cost is negotiated between the USG and the contractor. This RFI is to conduct market research to determine if any alternative pricing options exist, and if so, how they are implemented.
