T-1A Support RFI

This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation, request for quote, or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the United States Government (USG) to form a binding contract.AFLCMC/WLDI is exploring the market for sources and rough order of magnitude (ROM) prices to provide sustainment services in support of the T-1As aircraft for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partner nations.

Operators may be in a single country or in multiple countries located in a single or across multiple Combatant Commands (COCOMS). This RFI is being issued to explore non-traditional, innovative, and affordable sustainment solutions to support FMS partner countries operating the T-1A aircraft platform.

Support requirements include, but are not limited to, regeneration or refurbishment of the aircraft prior to delivery to country, establishment of initial operational capability (IOC), and follow-on support, such as operations, maintenance, sustainment, repair, and overhaul. Costs associated with suggested solutions are requested to facilitate accomplishment of affordability studies.
