DRAFT: Avionics Sustainment and Support Program

FAQ 2 added to include clarification that the "calculation methodology" worksheet mentioned in Section L page 14 and Section M page 12 is the Attachment 2 of Section J. Draft Solicitation Amendment 1: answers questions (FAQ) and updates the Draft Solicitation, Attachment 2 of Section J, PWS, Section L, and Section M. T-38 Avionics Sustainment and Support Program IDIQ. The Government intends to award one 5-Year Basic with one 5-Year option contract.

This notice is only a DRAFT intended to solicit industry feedback and provide awareness of the Governments intent to issue an RFP at a later date. This is not an official RFP, as such, responses through PIEE are disabled. Please send all responses to the contacts listed in the solicitation. A bidders library is available to offerors after they provide a signed and current DD2345 forms to the primary and secondary points of contact.

To request the access, please submit the following to the individuals listed in the solicitation:1. A current, signed and certified copy of your DD Form 2345 and 2. Request on company letterhead with: current date, phone number, fax number, point of contact, detailed background information about your organization, solicitation number, reason for the request, and specific intended use of the data. Access tot he bidders library will be provided upon request. Instructions for the DD Form 2345 can be found at the DLA website.

NOTE: When officially posted, the solicitation number will change to an FY25 solicitation ID (FA822025RBXXX).
