Production DATA Place of Performance: TBD The Government anticipates awarding a Multiple Award IDIQ with a 5-year Basic Ordering Period and a 1-year optional Ordering Period. Work to be completed 1 year 180 days after last order to satisfy this requirement. Award of the subject contract is currently scheduled for August 2025. The (Federal Supply Code/Product Service Code) associated with this acquisition is 13- Ammunition and Explosives. The applicable NAICS code is 325920 – Explosives Manufacturing.

The proposed contract action is to procure approximately 500,000 replenishment spares of Infrared Countermeasure Flares and is restricted to qualified sources. The offeror must be fully qualified in order to be eligible for a contract award. Therefore, the offeror must fulfill all of the requirements stated in the Justification for Qualification Requirements before the date specified for award of the contract.

The government reserves the right to award a contract at the time specified for award, to a qualified source even though other sources may not have finished qualifying. Responses requesting interest in the requirement are only required from sources whom did not respond to the original sources sought synopsis. A Draft Solicitation has been attached. Questions and Comments for the draft soliciation are due by 5:00 pm Mtn. time on 28 May 2025.
