THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN RE-NUMBERED TO FA8212150146 PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The government does not own the technical data to these parts. The technical data is owned by Hamilton Sunstrand. All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
