SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. AFSC OL_H/PZABA, Hill AFB, Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract for four (4) F-16 Fuel Cells (NSN: 1560-01-322-9987)

(Part Number: 320-4-45550-105) to AllClear Aerospace & Defense, Inc., 15501 SW 29th Street, Suite 101, Miranmar, FL, 33027 (Cage Code: 1ZK21), a distributor of (Parker) Meggitt, Inc., 669 Goodyear Street, Rockmart, Georgia, 30153 (Cage Code: 56221) the OEM as listed on the AFMC 761, Qualified Sources. AllClear and Meggitt have a signed agreement, authorizing AllClear to stock and distribute F-16 Fuel Cells until September 15, 2025. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all.
