NOTICE: This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation nor a request for proposal, a request for quote nor a request for bid or full qualifications packages. This information is for market research and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to identify if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort should be set-aside for small business concerns.

The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238990 which has a corresponding Size standard of $19,000.000.00. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns with the relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capability to perform multidiscipline Fencing services.

The government is interested in establishing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction fence projects affecting real property at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah (LM), and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). Work task (WT), also known as Task Orders (TO), will be issued under this contract to define specific project requirements involving construction.

The estimated maximum contract value of the Services is $4,000,000.00. The anticipated individual task order (TO) minimum is $2,500.00 and maximum $4,000,000.00. This ID/IQ is anticipated to consist of a 5-year base ordering period, and an additional 6-month option. The total period of performance (PoP), including option, is not expected to exceed 5 Years and 6 Months. The Government requests interested parties to submit a brief statement of capability to perform these services and a letter of interest.

The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement.
