Sole Source Sunhillo Hardware and Software Maintenance

The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole source solicitation/contract to Sunhillo Corp. (CAGE Code:1KTP6). Sunhillo is the OEM and the only authorized service provider for the following requirement:

Product Service Description: Annual Combined Hardware and Software Maintenance Agreement. This maintenance contract ensures the sustained operational readiness, security, and optimal performance of these mission-critical systems by providing access to ongoing software updates, critical security patches, firmware upgrades, expert technical support, and comprehensive hardware repair/replacement services.

Equipment: Sunhillo Longport Chassis Sunhillo Longport Cards Sunhillo Margate ADS-B Receivers Estimated Delivery Schedule: On or Before 22 Aug 2025- 18 Sept 2026 Anticipated Award: 22 Aug 2025 Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
