DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts,and labor necessary to inspect, load test, maintain, and repair the cranes and hoists, including both powered andmanually operated units, at Hill AFB and Little Mountain (LM) Utah in a manner that will ensure continuous andsafe operation.

The contractor shall perform all inspections, maintenance, and repair in accordance with standardcommercial practices, manufacturer’s specifications, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 91-203 Chapter 35 (MaterialHandling Equipment); AND AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS (ASME B30.11-2010,MONORAILS AND UNDERHUNG CRANES, and this performance work statement (PWS). The contractor shallensure cranes and hoists are properly labeled and shall provide written documentation to the Contracting OfficeRepresentative (COR).
