Quantity/Unit of Measure:

1 Lot Delivery/Period of Performance: Not to Exceed (NTE) 26 Weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO) Before submitting quotations, Offerors should review the complete CSS document and its 19 attachments. The drawings are provided to assist Offerors in reviewing the requirement and for submitting quotations. The drawings are marked Distribution D; only Offerors who have an approved DD2345 on file with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) may request and receive access to view these drawings.

All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM; https://sam.gov/) prior to quoting. Failure to have an active registration status in SAM by the time of award will make that Offeror ineligible to receive the award with no exceptions. The Contracting Officer will retrieve the NIST SP 800-171 assessments in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).

All quotations must conform to the solicitation requirements, to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, and certifications. Quotations will be evaluated to ensure they conform to the requirements set forth in this solicitation. Offerors should ensure they submit sufficient supporting technical information so the Government can evaluate quotations against the solicited requirement.

The Government intends to award this requirement resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror who provides us with the best value quotation that meets all the terms and conditions in this solicitation.

Points of Contact (POC): Other than the Contracting Officer, DO NOT contact the POCs listed in the CSS document and in the CDRL documents. Offerors choosing to submit questions or concerns shall do so by contacting the Contracting Officer for this notice.
