Preparation and Delivery of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Manuals for T53 Engine

This is only a sources sought. This is not a solicitation nor does it guarantee a solicitation will be issued. Requests for solicitations will not receive any response. Any information submitted to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. The government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that may be submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought.

This Notice is a request by the Government to collect information from companies for the purpose of Market Research. Not providing a response to this Sources Sought will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations/requests for proposals. AFLCMC/LPSZB, Tinker AFB, is considering issuing a solicitation in February 2025 for the T53-L-703 Engine Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) technical data manuals procurement.

Tinker AFB is seeking qualified firm(s), and/or organization(s) in order to identify sources capable of providing COTS Technical manuals for the T53-l-703 program. Sources being sought are restricted to NAICS code 336412 PCS code J028. Sources being sought are not restricted to small business. The US Air Force intends to award one 5 year contract structured as a one year basic with four one-year options, to a source capable of producing an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) license agreement.

Proof they can produce / provide technical manuals for the T53-L-703 as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. If your company is interested and you believe you are qualified, please provide the following:

a) Company name.

c) DUNS number.

d) Active SAM registration Proof of current OEM- Ozark license agreement or OEM certification document to provide / produce T53-L-703 technical manuals A statement describing the company's interest in performing the work. Organization chart of the team. Capabilities, Experience with Government contracts, and a Brief background. Previous depot maintenance experience. Companies providing above referenced material are requested to limit their submission to no more than 10 pages.
