6/6/2024: Solication Amendment to remove "Serial Number Requirement" from Physical Item Markings on Item 0001. PR Number: FD20302400181 - New Manufacture of Seal, Metallic, Aircraft NSN 284003438336NZ P/N 4032669 The United States Air Foce through the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) at the Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is soliciting for a one-time spares buy for the Seal, Metallic Aircraft. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Proposals will be accepted on before the closing date of 3 JUL 2024, 12:00 PM CDT.

First Article Requirements/Special Production Facilities: The First Article offered must be manufactured at the facilities in which that item is to be produced under the contract, or if the First Article is a component not manufactured by the contractor, such component must be manufactured at the facilities in which the component is to be produced for the contract. A certification to this effect must accompany each First Article which is offered.

Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review prnding Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible.

If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. If you do not have a PKI Certificate, then you must send a standard email message to the POC email addresses below and ask that they “Request a Drop-Off” to your email address via DoD SAFE, which will enable you to be able to upload the SAR Submission Package documents to DoD SAFE.
