This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force Sustainment Center Operational Division (AFSC/PZIOA) located at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma. The solicitation number is FA810124Q0019. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is issued as an Other Than Full and Open Competition.

This acquisition is sole source to Circa Inc. a small business under (NAICS) 811210. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210. Period of Performance from 30 September 2024 through 29 September 2025. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase order will be issued for this requirement. The Contractor shall: Propose all cost associated with all services and labor at Tinker AFB, OK.
