HUME Licenses for Testing and Production

This special notice is in accordance with FAR 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Action. The Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management office (SAF/CDM) has a requirement for HUME Licenses for Testing and Production to work in conjunction with Neo4j.

The purpose of this notice is to announce SAF/CDM’s intent to award on a sole source basis to Redhorse Corporation using the procedures in FAR Part 13. It is anticipated that award will be made on or before 12 August 2024 with a 12-month period of performance (PoP). This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination not to compete this action is solely at the discretion of the Government.
