AMENDMENT 1 This RFQ is amended to extend the quote due date until September 4, 2025 at 3pm, to allow each vendor to account for the following updates: 1. Attached DD-254 2. Amended FA7014-25-Q-0042 0001 SF-30 The questions are still being answered and will be posted on amendment 2. This requirement is to provide a commercially available, contractor-owned and operated, subscription-based Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) detection and alerting solution to support Joint Base Andrews (JBA) and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB).

The system shall provide persistent air domain awareness through remote sensing, telemetry decoding, and pilot geolocation, with real-time data accessible to government users via a secure web and mobile dashboard. The Contractor shall deploy a turnkey solution that does not require government-owned infrastructure, personnel maintenance, or hardware installation.
