USAFA Frequency Counters

Update 30 July 2025. The SF1449 solicitation attachment has been revised and a new solicitation issue date of 30 July 2025 has been added to SF1449 block 6. Offerors should carefully read the Addendum to 52.212-1 "Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerers or Quoters" to be certain they understand the quote submission requirements. Also note, SF1449 Attachment 1 "Buy American Certificate" must be completed and submitted with the quote. Original posting is as follows:

The Physics Department and the Laser and Optics Research Center (LORC) at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) has a requirement for two (2) frequency counters. See the attached Solicitation FA700025Q0107. The CLIN description provides essential minimum specifications. Ensure you carefully review and comply with pages 31-32 and 33 of Solicitation FA700025Q0107 for "Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerers or Quoters" and "Evaluation Factors for Award", respectively. Respond to this solicitation by the date and time specified in block 8 on the SF 1449.
