Amendment 1, posted 7 Mar 2025, provdies a Questions and Answers document and revises Attachment 3 - HWAS Provisions and Clauses. See attachments. See Attached FA700025Q0040 Combined Synopsis Solicitation - USAFA High Wind Alert System for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible Small Business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered.

The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm fixed price contract to a vendor capable of providing the maintenance services for the High Wind Alert System (HWAS) outlined in Attachment 1 – USAFA High Wind Alert System PWS 2-24-2025. Quotes must be valid through 30 April 2025.

Notice to Vendor(s). The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. The Government bears no legal liability for the costs associated with preparing a quote.
