Sources Sought Notice 1. This is a Sources Sought Notice, FA6800-25-RFI0001, seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in a potential requirement. The Department of the Air Force, 767th Enterprise Souring Flight (ESF), is contemplating a commercial firm-fixed price contract to provide Medical Readiness Sustainment Training Requirements in support of four Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) installations. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT: Medical Readiness Sustainment Training Requirements ?

DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE: The Air Force is seeking business sources qualified to provide some, or all, of the items/services listed in Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement. This is NOT a solicitation. ?

INTERESTED SOURCES SHALL RESPOND BY: 18 August 2025. All responses and questions must be emailed to krystal.ruiz-velez@us.af.mil and must include in the subject line: “Sources Sought FA6800-25-RFI0001” POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE:

1. Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address.

2. SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.

3. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code that your firm uses for obstacle course equipment.

4. State whether business size is a large business, small business, service-disabled-veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, HUB zone 8(a), women-owned small business, a small, disadvantaged business or small business.

5. State if your firm has the required items/services on Schedule (FSS, GSA, SEWP, other).

6. Capabilities statement providing sufficient information describing the ability to accommodate the requirements.

7. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any.

8. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. Responses may be used as research to better understand the marketplace or for creating a potential future acquisition.

Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this or future information requests. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. (DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION). This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.

Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to provide the product/service. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a solicitation may be published SAM.gov.

However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SEPARATELY FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought and no contract will be directly awarded on the basis of this sources sought.

Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought shall be voluntary. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on these responses or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The Government WILL NOT provide a debriefing on the results of the survey. The information provided is considered market research and may be utilized by the Air Force in developing its acquisition strategy, Statement of Objectives, and Performance Specifications.

All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.
