AMENDMENT 0003 - 18 September 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for quotes to 11:59 PM CDT, 18 September 2025. This will be the only extension to the quote deadline.

AMENDMENT 0002 - 16 September 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Attachment 3 - Questions and Answers.

AMENDMENT 0001 - 12 September 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 2. The previous version was secured and would not allow it to be opened by users outside of the USAF. The new version should allow anyone to open and edit.

NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The 767th Enterprise Sourcing Flight (ESF), Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), at Barksdale AFB, LA intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for the procurement of Gas Detection System components utilizing commercial and simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors, commercial items and the addendum. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 13. See "Attachment 1 - Combo RFQ - Gas Detection System" for additional details. All Offerors are required to complete the following as part of their offer:

1. Complete table on page 2 of Attachment 1 and sign. This information will assist the contracting officer with the award process.

2. Complete the pricing table in Attachment 2. This table shall be the official price quoted and will be used to build the award.
