Upgrade Telephone Services including Local and Long-Distance Services

All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The sole purpose of this notice is to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database active registered businesses, capable of performing this work.

The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command is seeking any small business set-a-side that are interested and capable of providing contracted support to the 911th Communications Squadron, to comprehensively upgrade all telephone services from the current legacy analog systems to a seamless integration with a local and long-distance telecommunications service provider.

This upgrade will involve the porting of our existing 2,000 telephone numbers, enabling 24 local and long-distance concurrent calls, and the elimination of 2 LSTDM circuits upon completion. Additional information can be found within the attached Performance Work Statement. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 517111. The size standard for this NAICS is 1,500 employees. See attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1 – Local and Long Distance Upgrade - Pittsburgh ARS PWS 8-26).

All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm’s capabilities in providing the required service. Please note: All contractors wanting to do business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, as mentioned above.
