Replace B1776 HVAC

The 301st Contracting Flight is requesting proposals to replace the HVAC system and install a solar powered attic exhaust fan at Air Force Building #1776 located on the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. The solicitation number is FA667524R0006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, DFARS Change 05/30/2024, and AFFARS Change 2024-0612.

SET ASIDE: This solicitation is being issued as a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220, Product/Service Code J041, with a size standard of $19.0M. (TURNKEY) Installation is part of this solicitation. See attached Statement of Work (SoW) for details.

FUNDING:

Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after RFQ closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
