QUESTIONS DUE BY: 22 August 2024, 3:00 PM (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME) Finally, this amendment shall add a Site Survey. The site survey is currently scheduled for 22 August 2024, 10:00 AM (CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME). If you are interested in attending this site survey, please send the solicitation Points of Contact an email confirming attendance no-later-than Tuesday, 20 August 2024.

The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for an Access Control System capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 3 - Product Description and Installation Requirements. Additionally, the Government requires direct delivery / installation to/on AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY. All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable.

Required Delivery Date: 12 - 14 Weeks After Receipt Of Order (ARO)

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS:

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
