Passenger Terminal Security & Baggage Screening Services

This Pre-solicitation notice is prepared IAW FAR 5.204 and 5.207. (a) Description. Non-personal passenger terminal security and baggage screening services in support of the 721 Aerial Port Squadron (APS), at the PAX terminal on Ramstein Air Base. Services must be performed unarmed and in compliance with Air Mobility Command’s directives and policies as well as German Aviation Security Act (Luftsicherheitsgesetz - LuftSiG) and other directives and laws, including all host nation requirements for conducting business in Germany and performing security service.

(c) Solicitation will be made available through the GPE. This is just a notice not a Request for Proposal (RFP); the Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" is used in this notice of proposed contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
