SAVE THE DATE: The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) will be hosting an Industry Week 13 – 17 May 2024! We will use this SAM.gov posting to share information on the event. Please check back frequently for the latest updates and other helpful information.

REQUIREMENT: The Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) is a multiple award, Indefinite Quantity Indefinitely Delivery (IDIQ) acquisition program for services.

The program is designed to address 86th Civil Engineer Group (86 CEG) need for a full range of service requirements to include Facility, Real Property, and Real Property Installed Equipment Total Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Housing Maintenance. in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to perform each requirement solicited through the contract on a task order basis.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The Industry Week provides 700 CONS and 86 CEG an opportunity to communicate directly with interested vendors, outline future government requirements and gain insight into the industries capabilities. Across five days we will have briefings, site visits, and Industry Engagements/One-on-Ones on the overarching KISS MAC and outline future task orders. The intent is to execute an in-person event. The exact location is TBD but will be in the KMC area.

The goal of this Industry Week is to receive industry feedback on the Performance Work Statement, identify ambiguities within the document and ensure that the requirement is understood by all contractors. Furthermore, the government is interested in the industry’s best practices and ideas of improvement. One-on-Ones will be scheduled upon request during industry week, date and time provided upon successful registration. The Industry Week is free of charge and open to all businesses, small and large.

Members of 700 CONS and 86 CEG will be present to meet one on one with Industry partners. Vendors are not required to participate in the Industry Week to submit a proposal, but highly encouraged to attend. Please note that all information given by the government during the Industry Week, is subject to change and is not binding. Interested vendors need to complete the attached vendor registration form and send it to both Government Point of Contacts listed below by no later than COB 24 April 2024:
