Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS)

This round of RFIs seeks feedback on various acquisition strategy topics. Responses will impact the Government’s decision-making as this unique contract program is developed. All feedback provided will be reviewed and considered. We value your feedback and look forward to hearing from you. This RFI includes:

Draft domain qualification matrices for: Housing Maintenance (Unrestricted) Custodial Services (Unrestricted) Grounds Maintenance (Unrestricted) Total Facility Maintenance (Unrestricted) The publication of the KISS Draft matrices is solely for market research purposes. This publication is not an official RFP from the Government and does not constitute a request for offers. All comments or questions received are on a voluntary basis. The Government will not reimburse any costs attributed to responses.

INDUSTRY ONE-ON-ONES: 700 CONS and 86 CEG will hold One-On-One sessions with interested vendors. The Government is requesting vendors to come prepared with their questions, concerns, and suggestions regarding the HTRO Source Selection methodology and the Draft Matrices (Attached). The One-on-Ones are scheduled to take place from 6-8 August 2024 and will be held via Microsoft Teams. One-on-Ones will be scheduled upon request during the dates provided, times will be provided upon successful registration. Responses to questions received about Highest Technically Rated Offeror Source Selection approach and the draft of the solicitation matrices for the KISS contract that will be shared. The Government intends to release a Draft RFP in Fall of 2024.
