This is a brand name requirement for ServiceNow Software License where Carahsoft Technology Corp is the only source known to satisfy this procurement under DoD ESI BPA No. N6600119A0120.

Additionally, Per DAFMAN 17-1203 dated 13 Sep 2022, all DAF software shall be procured through DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) which takes precedence over GSA 2-GIT and other sources of procurement where IT related procurements are generally satisfied. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals.

Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized software license/service provider for this ServiceNow Software. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.

All interested firms must respond to Notice ID FA5613-24-Q-A137 by Thursday, 18 April 2024, 10:00am Central European Time (CET) to Aubreeana Taylor via email at aubreeana.taylor@us.af.mil and MSgt. Aziz Tetou at aziz.tetou@us.af.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 700th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
