BASE LEVEL HUMAN RESOURCES SYSTEM MANAGEMENT & BASE ENLISTED SPECIALTY TRAINING

The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources of companies capable of providing non-personal services for Base Enlisted Specialty Training (BEST) and Base Level Human Resources System Management (HRSM) in accordance with the attached PWS.

Response Guidelines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POC not later than Wednesday, 13 August 2025 at 1400, London Time. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. * This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and identify potential sources.

This notice does NOT serve as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. *Funding is not and may not be made available to solicit the requirement. This RFI is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal costs. Requested information:

1. Please indicate if your company is willing and able to provide the administrative services described. If there are any conditions that prevent your company from providing a quote should a formal solicitation be issued, please provide further details to assist in market research.

2. Please indicate if your company would not be interested in the opportunity if the Logistical Support (paragraph 3.1.2) portion of the PWS is removed. If still interested, provide further details as to how this would affect your quote.
