Command Post Maintenance - Intent to Sole Source

This contract will provide system upgrades and one-year maintenance service, plus maintenance option service for four years that will cover 24/7 support of the consoles. This includes the uninstall and disposal of current equipment/configuration, telephone consults for technical support, remote dial-in for troubleshooting, system configuration changes, server maintenance, on-site service calls, travel expenses, and replacement parts to include shipping. This system will provide the installation efficiency in providing command and control to meet mission needs with seamless communication and voice-recording capability for all landline and radio transmissions.
