FY24 AB 201, Niger Morale Wi-Fi Internet (Cancelled)

Effective May 15, 2024, this requirement has been cancelled. This requirement is to ensure consistent and reliable Internet access for all personnel at AB 201, supporting their daily operations and communication needs. The future of military operations at AB 201 are uncertain following the announcement of decisions made by Nigerien government to suspend its military agreement with the United States.

The 724 Expeditionary Air Base Squadron’s Contracting Office at Air Base 201, Agadez, Niger intends to solicit and make an award for Comprehensive Airman Fitness (CAF) Wi-Fi and Commercial Internet Services items listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers.

The solicitation will be issued as full and open and made available on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov February 2024. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. This is a Synopsis of Contract Action; thus, this document does NOT Constitute a Request for Quotations.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 1/31/2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses shall include:
