Earth Covered Magazines

All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. 18 CONS/PKC is searching for sources who can provide construction for the requirement, Earth Covered Magazines.

The scope is to construct several Earth Covered Magazines with reinforced concrete floor, wall, and roof slabs. An Earth Covered Magazine (ECM) is a reinforced, bunker-like structure designed to safely store explosives and munitions, using earth and structural design to mitigate blast risks and protect contents.
