Intent to Sole Source BATS-D Radio Repair

The 18th Contracting Squadron has developed a requirement for repair of PRC-163 D-BATS Radios that will not void manufacturer warranty. Based on the market research, L3Harris is the only vendor that can provide maintenance and repair services for L3 Harris equipment. The L3 equipment cannot be repaired by another vendor because it is proprietary warranty.
