Typhoon Green Waste Recovery

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PURCHASE NOR IS THIS AN ANNOUNCEMENT OR ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITATION. SEE DRAFT PWS FOR MORE DETAILS. This is to identify sources who can fulfill the requirement for Green Waste and Natural Debris Collection and Removal during Typhoon Recovery on Kadena Air Base to include the designated collection points and surrounding Military Family Housing (MFH) locations island wide. Companies who are interested should respond electronically to A1C Ruoqing Qi, via email, at ruoqing.qi.1@us.af.mil by 1600 Japan Standard Time on 22 January 2025, including the following:

Description of Service: The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Green Waste and Natural Debris Collection and removal for Recovery of Typhoon Green Waste as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), at Kadena Air Base and surrounding Military Family Housing (MFH) locations island wide. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICES IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. This notice is for informational purposes only. Any response to this notice is not considered a commitment by the government. The government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this Sources Sought. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Any information provided to the government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the government.
