Local Drayage Schedule III Kadena Air Base

This is Local Drayage Services which are personal property moves for all service locations (Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and Army) from on-base to off-base, from off-base to on-base, within on-base or off-base in Okinawa, Japan.

The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of the personal property (including servicing of appliances) of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel (military and civilian) for shipment, drayage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) in accordance with Defense Transportation Regulations (DTR) 4500.9R and Department Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 24-602V2.

18 Logistic Readiness Squadron (LRS) Traffic Management Operations, Personal Property Section does not have the appropriate manpower to handle this task for personal property moves.
