Vehicle Rentals BPA, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan

The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the industry of the upcoming requirement for the vehicle leases at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The proposed contract action will be Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) entered into with qualified vendors pursuant to the same solicitation. The envisioned BPA will be firm-fixed price (FFP), that provides a contract vehicle for the execution of vehicle rental requirements for the various rotational units that arrive at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Contractors will be expected to provide vehicle rentals as listed in the preliminary Specifications document, which is still subject to change. Please review attachments for additional information.
