NVG Training Upgrade

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a NVG Training Upgrade, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined solicitation, FA5270-24-Q-A143, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a brand name requirement; no equal item will be accepted. See attached Brand Name Justification.

This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE and is a total small business set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 541511. See all attachments for a list of contract line item number and items, quantities, units of measure, delivery requirements, as well as the Provisions and Clauses. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel thissolicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation,the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
